We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will develop and implement comprehensive educational programs for foreign-trained nursing staff across multiple healthcare settings. Along with interviewing them. Also co-ordinating with healthcare facilities about their nurse staffing needs
Duties:
- Conduct highly effective and engaging training sessions on nursing practices, procedures, and protocols
- Create and develop top-notch educational resources and materials for nursing staff
- Assess the learning needs of nursing personnel and create customized educational plans to ensure their continued success
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to guarantee strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide unwavering guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical settings
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, and make necessary modifications to optimise outcomes
- Interview Foreign-trained nurses to work with our agency here in the US.
- Helping them in endorsing licenses to other states.
- Helping to get accustomed to US healthcare system.
- Co-ordinating with Healthcare facilities to obtain new nurse staffing needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing, specifically in areas such as nursing homes, critical care, home care, ICU, or hospital settings
- Strong knowledge of physiology and healthcare practices
- Experience in adult education and training development
- Ability to educate and mentor nursing staff effectively, with a proven track record of success
